Opera launches Opera Mini Next for Android, BlackBerry, Symbian and Java phones

Opera has launched Opera Mini Next, a new Opera Mini app that enables users preview the new features in upcoming release of Opera Mini that is still under development. BlackBerry PlayBook OS 2.0 software update  is now rolling out worldwide. RIM previewed the PlayBook OS 2.0 at CES 2012 last month. BlackBerry Torch 9860 Review


Here is the FoneArena review of the BlackBerry Torch 9860. You saw the hands-on images of the phone few months back. This is a full touch phone that is the successor or the BlackBerry Storm 2. RIM launched the BlackBerry Torch 2 in India last September. Everything has been refreshed since the Storm 2. The BlackBerry Torch 9860 has 3.7 inch capacitive touch-screen display, 4 GB onboard memory that is expandable up to 32GB with MicroSD and has 768 MB RAM. It is 11.5 mm thick and weighs  135 g. New images of BlackBerry 10 OS has surfaced that shows new UI and features such as home-screen Widgets, updated icon tray with search, camera, and call buttons, new folder icons similar to iOS and much more. Airtel BlackBerry BBM Plan now available for pre-paid customers


Airtel launched the BlackBerry BBM Plan for post-paid customers last month. This plan is now available for pre-paid customers. This would lets the Airtel customers enjoy unlimited use of Blackberry Messenger (BBM) and free 300 local + national SMS per month. Blackberry Playbook was one of the tablets which failed last year and just recently they had a fire sale which was also not a major success. Anyways RIM has said that the Playbook will be updated to version 2.0 next month.

BlackBerry London smartphone with BlackBerry 10 image surfaces

New image of the BlackBerry 10 smartphone code-named London has surfaced. According to Crackberry, this is called Superphone. RIM’s 2012 roadmap leaked last week that showed that the first BlackBerry 10 smartphone might be pushed from Q3 to October 2012 . This new phone is a lot different from the dummy model of the London that surfaced last November and looks like a scaled down version of the BlackBerry PlayBook. BlackBerry PlayBook 3G with 1.5GHz dual-core processor, NFC rumored

RIM’s 2012 lineup of devices has surfaced. This reveals new BlackBerry PlayBook with upgraded 1.5GHz dual-core TI OMAP processor and new BlackBerry curve devices. According to the slides from BGR, the upgraded PlayBook would come with 42Mbps HSPA+ Connectivity and NFC support, in addition to OS 2.0 in May or June.
