RadioShack launching the T-Mobile G2 on October 3rd

Did you miss the chance to pre-order the T-Mobile G2, then there is a better and a quick way to get it. Engadget got their hands on a leaked RadioShack flyer, which is showing that the RadioShack will be the first one to bring the T-Mobile G2 in USA, because they are bringing the T-Mobile G2 in their stores on October 3rd, which is three days earlier than T-Mobile and others. Verizon discontinuing Droid 2 in favor of Droid 2 World edition?

BGR is reporting that Verizon is going to drop the Motorola Droid 2, and they will replace it with the Droid 2 World edition, which can tun on GSM/HSPA networks. That’s a good news for the people who are looking forward to the Droid 2, because if you love traveling other countries, then the world edition would be good for you. But if you already bought the phone, then this might be a bad news for you, but I don’t think so because the only different thing will be the radio frequencies, everything else would be same.
