While Vertu is famously known for their design and craftmanship, their handsets often run on outdated hardware and perhaps even software. While they have been trying to change that in the past few years, they still do lag behind a bit. But that is about to change if these new benchmarks have anything to say. The Vertu V06 will apparently be powered by a Snapdragon 810 processor and will also have 4GB of RAM.

Samsung has seen a lot of demand with the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge and while it hasn’t fully turned their fortunes around, it is taking them in the right direction. Now apparently the next generation Galaxy S7 rumours have started showing up. It seems that the Galaxy S7 will be codenamed Jungfrau which is named after the mountain summit in Switzerland.

Back in January, Qualcomm’s roadmap for the year was leaked and it revealed their plans to bring out the Snapdragon 815 and 820 processors. Now we have received more details regarding the Snapdragon 820 processor which is rumoured to come with a 3GHz Kyro CPU manufactured by Samsung.
More and more details are beginning to trickle out as the next generation OnePlus is about to be revealed. The company recently revealed it’s intention to use a somewhat maligned Snapdragon 810 processor in its next gen flagship. Photos of an upcoming Xiaomi smartphone has just been leaked and it is said to be the upcoming Redmi Note 2 smartphone. The smartphone seems to be made of metal while the outgoing Redmi Note is made of plastic.
Qualcomm has just announced that the Japanese company, NTT Docomo has become the first operator to adopt Qualcomm Snapdragon Sensor ID Biometrics Platform. The technology will be used for mobile biometric authentication service starting later this month in Japan.
The successor to the OnePlus One is probably one of the most hyped devices of the year owing to the success of the original last year. The handset which is likely to be called OnePlus Two is most likely to be priced around the $400 mark.
