Microsoft has announced final quarter results that ended on 31st December 2018. When compared to the last fiscal year, the revenue is increased by 12% resulting in $32.5 billion, operating income is $10.3 billion with an increase of 18%, the net income was $8.4 billion, and the diluted earnings per share were $1.08 GAAP and $1.10 non-GAAP%. Back in December 2018, Google announced that it will shut down Google+ for consumers in April 2019 due to low usage and challenges involved. The company confirmed that it will pull the plug on April 2nd, your Google+ account and any Google+ pages you created will be shut down and the company will begin deleting content from consumer Google+ accounts. According to IDC, worldwide smartphone shipments reached a total of 375.4 million units during the Q4, down 4.9% YoY. This marks the fifth consecutive quarter of decline. Dropbox, Inc. has announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire HelloSign which is an eSignature and document workflow platform with more than 80,000 customers. Apparently, a bug on the Apple’s FaceTime lets you call anyone with FaceTime, and immediately hear the audio coming from their phone even before the receiver on the other end has accepted or rejected the incoming call.
