From last few months, we are hearing a lot of rumors about the Apple upcoming iPhone. Last month, we first heard that China Mobile will launch the new iPhone in September and then an analyst also claimed it, but he further said that Apple will launch two versions of it, one will be known as iPhone 5 and other will be iPhone 4S. Bloomberg: Samsung Smartphone sales may have surpassed Apple and Nokia
Samsung may have surpassed the sales of the Apple and Nokia smartphones in the second quarter of 2011 reports Bloomberg. Samsung is estimated to have sold between 18 million and 21 million smartphones globally in the April-June quarter, while Nokia sold 16.7 million and Apple sold 20.3 million iPhones. HTC found guilty of violating 2 of Apple’s Patents by ITC
The International Trade Commission (ITC ) has found HTC guilty of violating 2 of Apple’s patents in the patent litigation between the two companies in the US. This is only a initial finding and the final ruling is yet to be passed. But HTC phones might be banned from being imported to the US if the case continues in favor of Apple who seems to be holding the upper hand in the case at this point. Apple Files Second Complaint Against HTC
Apple has just filed a second patent infringement complaint against HTC. The first complaint was issued for infringement of 20 patents.. Apple has asked to block the import of “personal electronic devices” manufactured by HTC.

Rumor: Next iPad coming later this year, dubbed as iPad HD
Back in March, Apple officially launched the iPad 2 which is successor to the famous iPad. iPad 2 is an amazing tablet and it’s selling like hot cakes, and fortunately our Varun Krish was lucky to get one (check out the unboxing). iPad 2 is approximately 3 months old and now rumors are on the street that next iPad is coming soon. We recently heard that it will be out in Q4 2011 and it will feature a 5x better display than the current version, and probably it will be Samsung’s AMOLED display. Currently, Apple and Samsung are having some bad days as both recently filed a lawsuit against each other, so let’s see what happens. Apple orders 15m iPhone 5 units, launch around the corner

Comscore Report : iOS traffic is bigger than Android in India – iOS – 7.4% vs Android 6.5%
comScore Inc. announced the launch of Device Essentials which is a new service that reports digital traffic as per devices ranging from computers and mobile phones to e-readers and gaming devices. Using this service, analysis traffic pattern from different devices was made in thirteen different countries including India, which showed that 7.4% of traffic comes from iOS devices while Android follows with 6.5%
