While Apple claimed “Samsung misrepresented its intent to license certain patents on fair terms”, federal judge Lucy Koh in California has disregarded some of Apple’s antitrust claims against Samsung. Nevertheless, Apple can still reform it by revising their complaint.

Tata Tele Services the company behind the Tata Indicom CDMA service and that Tata Docomo GSM service announced today it is getting rid of the Tata Indicom brand and merging it with the Tata Docomo brand. All Tata Indicom customers will be migrated to Tata DOCOMO. The company announced the Photon Max service which is based on Rev-B CDMA technology which promises higher speeds compared to the company’s Photon service.

Alongside the Motorola Droid RAZR , the company also showed off a new Android based MP3 player cum Fitness tracker. The MOTOACTV is powered by a 600MHz processor and is capable of tracking your fitness regime including but not limited to calories burnt.
Motorola just unveiled the Droid Razr at a press conference in New York. The LTE enabled smartphone is being touted as the thinnest smartphone in the world. At 7.1 mm thickness it is actually about 1.5mm slimmer than the previous champion ie the Samsung Galaxy S2. The phone is powered by a 1.2Ghz Dual Core processor coupled with 1GB of RAM.
