Samsung had sent invites for an event on May 28th which appeared to be health-related, according to the invite’s description. However, the company will not launch any product at this event. Samsung’s VP Stefan Heuser has confirmed to Re/Code that there will be no product announcement. He did not provide any further details about the event.

These smartphones were announced last month and packs a 4.5-inch FWVGA ClearBlack IPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection, powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor and runs on Windows Phone 8.1. LG has just announced trio of tablets, G Pad 7.0, G Pad 8.0 and G Pad 10.1 in the G Pad series. The company unveiled the G Pad 8.3 back in September last year and its Google Play Edition in December. As you can see, these have new UX, expected to be introduced with the LG G3 later this month. These tablet also have Q Pair 2.0 to connect them with smartphones using Bluetooth to get notifications and Knock Code personalized lock screen. Samsung has almost made it a trend of announcing a flagship early in the year and then deriving various other products from it. Last year, Samsung announced the Galaxy S4 and then followed it up with a Galaxy S4 mini and a Galaxy S4 Active variant that was water and dust resistant.
