Sony introduced the Xperia Z4 in Japan last week. LG Q1 2015 profits down 36.2% YoY, 15.4 million smartphones shipped
LG Electronics has reported revenues of 13.99 trillion won (US$ 12.72 billion) in Q1 2015, an increase of just 0.04% compared to the same quarter last year with operating profit of 305.2 billion won (US$ 277.45 million), down 36.2 percent from the same period the previous year. Net profit was 38.4 billion won (US$35.9 million) during the quarter, down from 92.5 billion won a year earlier. Twitter revenue hits $436 million, 302 million MAU in Q1 2015
Twitter announced its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2015. The micro blogging site reported that the revenue was $436 million in Q1, an increase of 74 percent on a year-over-year basis however, well below estimates of $456 million.
