HTC announced the One A9 for India at an event last month. Today the company has launched the smartphone in the country exclusively on Snapdeal. To remind you, the One A9 packs a 5-inch 1080p AMOLED display, Octa-Core Snapdragon 617 processor, runs on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) with HTC Sense UI on top, has a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, phase-detection auto-focus (PDAF), Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), RAW image capture and an Ultrapixel front-facing camera. Vodafone launches 4G LTE services in India starting from Kochi

Vodafone has launched its 4G LTE services in Kochi, Kerala in India, as expected. It is based on 1800MHz FDD-LTE band 3, which the company acquired last year. It is offering free 4G upgrade with a SIM, with a trial pack of 120MB at Rs 29 and a bonanza pack of 20GB at Rs. 2499. Vodafone 4G services will be available to customers in Kochi starting from December 14. Vodafone already announced that it will roll out 4G services in Trivandrum and Kozhikode in Kerala in the first wave of the roll-out in a phased manner. Now HTC’s VP of Product Management, Mo Versi has reveled that the unlocked version of the HTC One M9 will get the Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) update by the end of this month, as the company promised. Google has announced that it has started rolling out minor Android 6.0.1 (Marshmallow) for some Nexus devices, after it started rolling out for the some Android One devices recently. Google has also released Android 6.0.1 factory images (build MMB29K) for the Nexus 5, Nexus 5X, Nexus 6, Nexus 6P, Nexus 7 (2013), Nexus 9 and also for the Nexus Player (build Nexus MMB29M). This update  brings updated emojis for these Nexus devices that include, volleyball, taco, middle finger, champagne bottle, as well as new faces for sickness, thinking, and rolling eyes. Dropbox to shut down Mailbox and Carousel apps in early 2016
