LG today announced that it will launch its flagship G5 smartphone along with the LG Friends companion devices in United States in early April via major carriers and retailers, including AT&T, Best Buy, Best Buy Mobile Stores, B&H, Sprint, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular and Verizon. As a limited period offer, it also offers a free extra battery and battery-charging cradle as a part of launch promotion. LG said that pricing and availability for the G5 and accessories will be announced in the coming weeks. InFocus has launched Bingo 20, the company’s latest selfie-focused budget 4G smartphone in India, a month after launching the Bingo 21. It has the same 5-megapixel front-facing camera with LED flash for capturing better images in low lighting conditions, 8-megapixel auto focus rear camera with LED flash, 4.5-inch FWVGA screen, quad-core Spreadtrum SC9830 processor and Android 5.1 (Lolllipop), but this has 1GB of RAM instead of 2GB RAM in the Bingo 21, hence there is a slight change in the model number. First press shot of the upcoming flagship HTC 10 smartphone in glacier silver color surfaced last week, now Evan Blass of @evleaks has posted press images of the phone in four colors – Carbon Gray, Glacier Silver with White Face, Glacier Silver with Black face and Topaz gold. The phone has a unibody metal build, similar design as the HTC One A9 on the front and a fingerprint sensor in the home button, but it misses the usual dual front-facing boomsound speakers. Google has released a new update for the Nexus 5X (build MHC19J) and Nexus 6P (build MHC19I) smartphones, few days after it rolled out the latest Android security update for March.
