Huawei’s Honor brand has announced that it has started rolling out a new software update to enable Face unlock feature in Honor 7X smartphone in India, as it had promised. Face Unlock for the Honor View 10 was released back in January and the Honor 9 Lite got the feature last month.

Huawei’s Honor brand just introduced the Honor 7C smartphone in China today. This directly competes with the Redmi 5 that was introduced back in December last year and will launch in India this week. Both these share almost similar specifications including a 18:9 display, Snapdragon 450, up to 4GB RAM, fingerprint sensor on the back and a metal back.
