HP, Microsoft and Valve partner up to develop next-gen Reverb VR headset

Along with the Redmi K30 Pro, Xiaomi’s Redmi brand also introduced its Redmi Smart TV Max, which is its largest TV. It has a whopping 98-inch 4K screen with HDR support, has minimal bezels, features MEMC motion compensation technology so there no ghosting  issues, is powered by new Amologic 12nm T972 chip jointly developed by Xiaomi and Amlogic, has quad-core A55 processor architecture with up to 1.9GHz clock speed that promises 63% better performance and up to 55% improved power efficiency. Samsung just announced the Galaxy A31, the company’s latest smartphone in the A series. It has a 6.4-inch Full HD+ Infinity-U Super AMOLED display and is powered by an Octa-Core processor, which is said to be MediaTek Helio P65, up to 6GB of RAM, has a 48-megapixel rear camera, 8-megapixel 123° ultra-wide angle camera, 5-megapixel depth sensor, 5-megapixel macro camera and a 20-megapixel camera on the front. Redmi Note 9 Pro Max sale delayed due to state lockdowns across India

Xiaomi’s Redmi brand launched the Redmi Note 9 Pro and Note 9 Pro Max smartphones in India earlier this month. The Redmi Note 9 Pro went on first sale on Amazon.in, Mi.com and Mi Home Stores on 17th March, and at the launch event the company said that the Note 9 Pro Max  will be available from Amazon.in, Mi.com and Mi Home Stores starting from March 25th. Now announced that the phone will not go on sale on the promised date and will be available soon without mentioned any tentative date. Vivo S6 5G with 6.44-inch FHD+ AMOLED display, Exynos 980, quad rear cameras to be announced on March 31

Update: March 24, 2020 – The Vivo S6 5G with the model numbers V1962A and V1962BA and has been certified by TENAA in China revealing the complete specifications of the phone. This is expected to be powered by Exynos 980 SoC with built-in 5G after the X30 series. The phone will feature a 6.44-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen and the image confirms waterdrop notch.

HUAWEI Kirin 820 5G SoC with Mali-G57 GPU gets benchmarked, beats Snapdragon 765G

Details about the upcoming Kirin 820 SoC from HUAWEI has surfaced on AnTuTu. According to the listing, HONOR 30S with the model number CDY-AN90 runs Android 10 and the phone has 8GB of RAM, 128GB of storage and a Full HD+ (2400 x 1080 pixels) screen. The Kirin 820 is an Octa-Core SoC with four bigger Cortex-A76 cores and four smaller Cortex-A55, with a maximum clock speed of 2.36GHz and has Mali-G57 GPU, but the clock speed and the number of cores for the GPU is unknown. Xiaomi introduced MIUI 11 back in September 2019 in China followed by MIUI 11 Global launch in October in India. MIUI 11 brought new features such as New Minimalistic Design, Blur App PreviewsQuick Replies, New Dynamic Sound Effects, Mi Share, Floating Calculator, Update Mi File Manager, Steps Trackers and more to eligible devices.

Jio launches Rs. 251 ‘Work From Home’ prepaid pack; offers double data on JioFiber plans

People are working from home due to the outbreak of Coronavirus and during this period, the consumption of data will be more than usual. Mobile operators and internet service providers are offering more data and speed as a result of this and on similar lines, recently, ACT Fibernet offered a free upgrade to 300Mbps speed and Unlimited FUP till March 31st.
