In 2020, the global wearable market witnessed significant growth all throughout the year, shipping a total of 444.7 million units, which calculates to a growth of 28.4% YoY. During the fourth quarter alone, the market shipped 153.5 million units, growing by 27.2% YoY.
OnePlus rolled out OxygenOS 11 based on Android 11 to OnePlus Nord earlier this month. Last week the announced that the update has been temporarily paused since some users reported bugs after the update. The phone got certified by TENAA last month revealing some specifications. The company also confirmed 4500mAh battery with 120W fast charging that can charge the phone in less than 15 minutes. In the last 2 years, the Indian smart TV market saw a huge influx of products from many smartphone manufacturers. One of the biggest companies among them is Xiaomi, who first launched the Mi TV 4 back in February 2018. Since then their portfolio in the smart TV has expanded, and they now offer 9 TVs, across two product series and various sizes ranging from 32 inches to 65 inches. The Mi TV QLED 4K in particular comes in 55 -inch variant and here is our review of the device.
Back in January, the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) released a blacklist of 9 companies that they claimed to be under the control of the Chinese Military, among which Chinese smartphone manufacturer, Xiaomi was included. Vivo recently confirmed the launch of its X60 series smartphones in India on March 25th, a few days after the global launch on March 22nd. This will include the X60 and X60 Pro that were introduced in China back in December last year, but this will replace the Samsung Exynos 1080 SoC with the Snapdragon 870 for the global markets.
