MIUI 10 New Features and First look on Redmi Note 5 Pro

Xiaomi announced 10th iteration of its own proprietary Android skin MIUI along with Mi 8, Mi 8 SE and Mi Band 3 on 31st May in China. Xiaomi is aiming to roll out MIUI 10 Beta ROM in couple of months to MIUI China ROM users and it has already started closed beta testing for the same. Links for these closed beta ROM has been leaked for Mi 5, Mi 6, Mi Mix 2 and Redmi Note 5 (which is called Redmi Note 5 Pro in India) and we installed it on our Redmi Note 5 Pro to check out all new MIUI 10. HMD Global introduced its 2018 versions of the Nokia 5, Nokia 3 and Nokia 2 smartphones. Honor introduced the 7S. Apple releases macOS High Sierra 10.13.5 with Messages in iCloud, stability, performance improvements, security updates

Apple has released macOS High Sierra 10.13.5 that brings Messages in iCloud, which lets you store messages with their attachments in iCloud . This lets you get backup and sync messages across all Macs, iPhones, and iPads running the latest software update and also get them when setting up a new Mac from scratch. Previously it required you to restore it from a Mac backup. The update also brings stability and performance improvements and security updates.

Vodafone launches one day unlimited calling pack for Rs. 9 in UP East

Vodafone today launched one-day unlimited calling pack for its pre-paid users in Uttar Pradesh at just Rs. 9. It also  offers 100 SMS and 100MB of 2G/3G/4G data, which will also expire over the midnight. The pack will be useful for more than 60000 towns and villages in the circle believes Vodafone. The company launched a similar pack for Rs. 19 last year.

Vivo Y83 with 6.22-inch 19:9 FullView display, Helio P22 Octa-Core 12nm SoC, 4GB RAM, Android 8.1 launched in India for Rs. 14990

Vivo has launched Y83, the company’s latest mid-range smartphone in the ‘Y Series’ in India, after it was introduced in China last week. It comes with a 6.22-inch HD+ screen with 19:9 aspect ratio, 2.15mm narrow bezels and 88% screen-to-body ratio. It it is the world’s first smartphone to be powered by MediaTek’s latest Helio P22 Octa-Core 12nm SoC. It has a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, portrait mode, an 8-megapixel front camera with AI beauty features and face unlock. Vivo NEX bezel-less smartphone with in-display fingerprint scanner to be announced on June 12

Vivo introduced APEX as the world’s first bezel-less smartphone with in-display fingerprint scanner and over 90% screen-to-body ratio at the MWC 2018 back in February. Last month the company released an image that said that the phone will be introduced at an event in Shanghai, China on June 12th. Today the company has confirmed that the phone will be called NEX. MIUI 10 Global roll out expected to be announced in India on June 7

Last year at the Redmi Y1 launch event Xiaomi announced roll out details of MIUI 9 Global Stable ROM  for its phones. The company introduced MIUI 10 at its Mi 8 launch event yesterday in China, and also said that beta from will roll out in China starting later this month. Now Xiaomi India has shared a video for MIUI 10 and also says that it is coming soon, so it might reveal global ROM roll out details at the Redmi Y2 event on June 7th. Samsung Galaxy J4 with 5.5-inch Super AMOLED display, Exynos 7570 14nm SoC, Android 8.0 launched in India starting at Rs. 9990

Samsung has silently launched the Galaxy J4 (SM-J400) in the J-series in India, after it was introduced last week. It comes with 5.5-inches Super AMOLED 16:9 aspect ratio display, is powered by the Samsung’s very own Exynos 7570 Quad-Core 14nm processor with 2GB of RAM. It packs a 13-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front camera, both with LED flash.

OPPO Find X flagship smartphone teased, launching in India soon

After rumors last month, OPPO has officially teased the Find X smartphone in India, Thailand and China. It has been four years since we had seen the last Find series smartphone from OPPO. Even though we heard rumors about the Find 9 last year, it did not go official. The company says that the Find X will be its futuristic flagship.

Lenovo Z5 with bezel-less display surfaces in renders; metal frame and glass back teased in official images

Earlier this week Lenovo confirmed that it will introduce its flagship Z5 smartphone with bezel-less display at an event in Beijing on June 5th. Since then the company had been teasing the phone in several images, but it is yet to reveal the image of the bezel-less screen. Today an alleged render of the phone has surfaced in China that shows the near bezel-less screen and the front camera is present in the centre of the bottom bezel. Xiaomi to launch new Selfie smartphone in India on June 7, Redmi S2 expected to launch as Redmi Y2

Update:  Amazon has started promoting a selfie-focused Redmi device that we believe will be the new Redmi Y2. A recent benchmark leak already confirmed the name, 3GB RAM and Android 8.1 for the smartphone.

Huawei Watch 2 (2018) with 4G eSIM support, Built-in GPS, contactless payment announced

After rumors, Huawei has finally introduced the Watch 2 2018, successor of last year’s Watch 2. Even though the design and specifications are the same, this has support for eSIM instead of a nano SIM in last year’s 4G version of the Watch 2. This lets you call, send and receive messages and use 4G for apps without connecting it to a phone. Watch and phone share a single number similar to the Apple Watch 3. It also comes with dual microphones for improved call quality, but you can also connect it to a Bluetooth headset to make calls.
