Nokia, Airtel still rank as top trusted brands in India

Nokia has been voted as India’s Most Trusted Brand again and retains their first position from the last year according to a recent survey conducted by research firm Trust Research Advisory (TRA). In the telecom sector, Airtel leads by retaining the same 9th spot as last year. The Brand Trust Report, India Study, 2012 (BTR 2012) has listed India’s 1000 Most Trusted Brands and this research was conducted among 2718 ‘influencer’ respondents across 15 cities. LG Optimus Pad LTE with 8.9-inch True HD IPS display and 1.5 GHz dual-core processor announced

LG has announced their first LTE tablet, LG Optimus Pad LTE that features a 8.9-inch ( 1280 x 768 pixels) True HD IPS in Korea. It is powered by 1.5 GHz Qualcomm dual-core / dual channel processor and runs on Android 3.2 (Honeycomb). It has 8MP camera with Full HD video recording, flash and BIS sensor, 2MP front facing camera. It is 9.34mm thick and weighs 479g. Motorola DEFY+ JCB Edition launched in UK

Motorola has launched the JCB Edition of the DEFY+, rugged Android phone. They announced the DEFY+ last August and launched last September. This JDB edition has visco-elastic protective sleeve from JCB that are capable to withstand extremely demanding conditions and rugged outdoors. The feature are similar such as 3.7-inch (854 × 480 pixels) capactive touch screen display 1 GHz processor and Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) Operating System. Samsung has launched the Galaxy S2 with WiMAX support for KDDI au in Japan. They have already launched the LTE version in Korea and USA. This CDMA phone comes with a 4.7-inch HD (1280 x 720) Super AMOLED Plus display, 1.4GHz dual-core processor and runs on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread). It is about 9.5mm thick and weighs 139g. BlackBerry Bold 9790 is now on sale in UK. It was expected to be available at the end of this week but it is now available earlier says Clove, online retailer in UK. The Bold 9790 comes with 2.4-inch (480 x 360 pixels) capacitive touch screen display with 246 dpi and a Full QWERTY keyboard. It is powered by 1 GHz processor and runs on the latest BlackBerry OS7.
