LG Quick Voice is now ‘Q Voice’, Global English version coming in 2013

LG announced the Quick Voice, their own intelligent voice recognition app for Optimus devices last month. The company has now renamed it to Q Voice. This voice recognition app would let the users call contacts, on the address book, set alarm, set appointments on the calendar and open apps, open maps to view directions, check weather forecasts, stocks, open YouTube videos and much more using voice commands. ZTE N880E running Android 4.1 launched in China

ZTE has launched ZTE N880E in China. It is the first smartphone to come with Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) in China. It has 4.0-inch (480 x 80o pixels) capacitive touchscreen display and is powered by 1GHz Qualcomm processor. It has metallic finish and comes with 3.2MP Auto focus camera and is just 10.4mm thick. Apple iPhone 3GS now available from Aircel for Rs. 9999

Aircel has announced that the Apple iPhone 3GS is now available from them for just Rs. 9,999 with unlimited data usage for a year with Advance rental plan of Rs. 3,000 for post-paid customers. After a year customers can shift to Simple Value 499 Plan (in 2G circles), or 399 Smart PI plan (in 3G circles). In 3G circles customers can shift any existing Aircel plan after a year. Nimbuzz Instant Messenger now available for Windows Phone

Nimbuzz has finally arrived for Windows Phone devices. This app lets you chat with your friends on several IM accounts such as Nimbuzz, Facebook, GTalk, Yahoo Messenger and MSN/Live Messenger. You can also share images and connect with twitter. Still there is no support for voice call and VOIP. Since this is the first version we can expect these features eventually. Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 now available in India for Rs. 32990


Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 (GT-P5100) that was announced at MWC 2012 earlier this year is now on sale in India from Samsung eStore. The Galaxy Tab 2 310, 7-inch variant that we reviewed recently officially launched in India in May. It has 10.1-inch WXGA(1280×800) PLS TFT display, 1 GHz Dual-Core Processor, Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) with Touchwiz UI, 3MP rear-facing camera and VGA front facing camera. LG Optimus 4X HD launched in India for Rs. 34990


LG has launched the Optimus 4X HD, their first quad-core Tegra 3 handset in India. It was announced at MWC 2012 earlier this February. It has 4.7-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) True HD IPS display with 313 PPI and is powered by 1.5GHz Quad-core Tegra 3 processor. It runs on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) and has an 8MP auto focus camera with LED Flash support, 1.3MP secondary camera. It is just 8.9mm thick. LG Optimus L5 launched in India for Rs. 13199

 LG has launched the Optimus L5 in India from the L-Style series of phones that was unveiled at MWC 2012 . Other L-Style series of phones, Optimus L3 went on sale in India in May and the Optimus L7 was officially launched in June. LG has officially launched the Optimus L3 in India today. Reliance Communications has launched Reliance 3G Tab, a new 3G Android tablet, upgraded version of their previous tablet that was launched last year. It is manufactured by ZTE and has 7-inch (1024 x 600 pixels) capacitive touch screen display and is powered by 1.4GHz processor. It runs on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread). Samsung has launched the Galaxy Beam, successor of their previous Beam, in India. It was announced at MWC earlier this year and went on pre-order last month and went on sale last week. It comes with 4.0-inch 480×800 (WVGA) TFT display and is powered by 1 GHz Dual-Core Processor. It has 15 lumens pico projector that allows users to share photos, videos or other digital media instantly and in crisp clarity up to 50-inch wide, at a distance of 2 meters. It is 12.5mm thick.
