HUAWEI announced WATCH Ultimate 2, the company’s latest flagship smartwatch, with innovative features like 150m dive-proof, multi-sensing X-TAP tech, and underwater sonar-based communication. The company also refreshed its GT lineup with the launch of HUAWEI Watch GT 6 and GT 6 Pro, globally.
HUAWEI WATCH Ultimate 2
This premium luxury watch features an octagonal skeletonized case and a ceramic bezel, constructed for lightweight durability and robust aesthetics. It has a large 1.5-inch LTPO sapphire glass display with a peak brightness of 3500-nits.
The WATCH Ultimate 2 is the world’s first 150-meter diving smartwatch with mini-sonar technology. It enables prompt messaging underwater, ensures smooth message exchanges up to 30 meters, and provides high safety.
It has eSIM support, a redesigned antenna system that optimizes signals intelligently, ECG-based advanced health tracking, HUAWEI’s traditional Gold Course Mode with a zoomable course map, and offers up to 4.5 days of battery life in typical use.
The watch also brings HUAWEI’s innovative X-TAP Technology, previously seen on the WATCH 5 series. The WATCH GT 6 Pro is made of premium sapphire crystal glass and an aerospace-grade titanium alloy case, and features advanced outdoor sports activities powered by the HUAWEI Sunflower Positioning System, 17,000+ golf course maps, and advanced ECG analysis.
With the WATCH GT 6 series, HUAWEI has brought a new innovative feature called Wrist-based Cycling Power, showing you real-time and average power while cycling without an actual power meter and letting you adjust your workout intensity accordingly.
