Jump Games has launched the official mobile game of ICC T20 WORLD CUP 2012 for Android, iPhone, iPad, BlackBerry and Java phones. This game lets you play T20 cricket in Challenge mode or quick match. Apple iPhone 5 Prices Compared across the World

Apple unveiled the iPhone 5 few hours back, and announced that it would go one sale in the US, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore and the UK on Friday, September 21. While they have only released the contract pricing for the US, they have announced the contract-free pricing for other countries. We decided to do a comparison of the price of the iPhone 5 in Canada, France,  Hong Kong, Singapore and the UK and convert them to Indian Rupees INR. It would go on sale in 22 more countries on September 28 and is expected in 100 countries with 240 carriers by December 2012. So, India might get the iPhone before that. Nokia Lumia 900 now available in India for Rs. 32999


Nokia Lumia 900 finally goes on sale in India as they promised. The Nokia Lumia 900 with LTE support was originally launched exclusively for AT&T in the U.S. and it was announced for the global markets at MWC earlier this year.  The Lumia 900 packs in a 4.3-inch ClearBlack AMOLED display and is powered by 1.4GHz single-core processor. Sistema to acquire Aircel for $3 billion

Sistema, Russia’s largest investment company is all set to acquire a controlling stake in Aircel Communications for around $3 billion (~Rs. 16,500 crore) according to a report from The Economic Times. Malaysia’s Maxis Communications owns 74% stake in Aircel that has about 65 million subscribers. Facebook for BlackBerry has been updated to version 3.2 that brings 2 new features for the BlackBerry users. This version brings support for Facebook Events and Birthdays. You can also get birthday alerts and wish your friends directly on their Facebook timeline easily. This update also includes refreshed icons. Epson Moverio BT-100 Android-powered see-through mobile viewer launched in India for Rs. 42900

Epson has launched Moverio BT-100, the world’s first Android-based, see-through wearable display. It is powered by Android 2.2 and lets you to privately view video, experience side-by-side 3D content, play games and enjoy content on a floating see-through display. It has 6 hours of rechargeable battery life and has a 1GB of internal memory with an additional microSD card slot. It also has WiFi connectivity and Adobe flash support to stream online videos. MediaTek MT6577 1GHz dual-core processor to power Spice Stellar Horizon and Micromax A90

Semiconductor manufacturer MediaTek has announced that the Spice Stellar Horizon (Mi-500) and the Micromax A90 would come with a 1GHz dual-core MediaTek MT6577 processor. The Micromax A90 Superfone Pixel was originally launched in India last month for Rs. 12990, and we reviewed it recently. It had a MediaTek MT6575 single-core processor instead of a dual-core processor, as it was announced during the launch. The Spice Stellar Horizon (Mi-500) that was launched in June at Rs. 11,999 was expected to come with a 1 GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, but it was delayed for several months.Now it is confirmed that it would come with a MediaTek MT6577 processor instead. Apple iPhone 5 with 4 inch display announced, Ships on 21st September

Apple has finally announced the iPhone 5, successor of the iPhone 4S. It has a larger 4-inch display with 16:9 aspect ratio, that varies from earlier iPhones. It packs in a Apple A6 Processor and a better graphic engine.

The back of the phone has been  redesigned with dual tone aluminum while the front retains the glass as seen on the iPhone 4S. The phone is much thinner at just 7.6 mm. It weighs only 122 grams.It runs on iOS 6 and comes with 4G LTE support. It has an improved battery that offers 10 hours of 4G talktime and 8 hours of 3G talktime. Samsung Galaxy S3 Jelly Bean update to roll out starting from October, update for Galaxy S2 in November


Samsung Denmark has released a schedule for upcoming updates for several Samsung Devices. The table indicates that the Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) upgrade would be rolled out for Galaxy S3 in October or November 2012. The Samsung Galaxy S2 would get the update in November 2012. The Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) update would bring faster performance, Google Now service, contextual search, Better notifications and more new features. Samsung Galaxy Beam Review


Samsung launched the Galaxy Beam (GT-i8530) with a pico projector in India in July. It was announced at MWC 2012 earlier this year. Even though the main feature of this phone is the projector, it packs in powerful specs including a 4.0-inch 480×800 (WVGA) TFT display, 1 GHz Dual-Core Processor and is just 12.5 mm thick. Airtel launches Smartdrive mobile app with real time traffic information and Voice-based Navigation

Airtel is on a spree of launching mobile apps. They launched the my airtel app to pay bills and manage services. Now, they have launched Smartdrive app that offers real-time traffic information and voice based turn by turn navigation upon subscription. Sony Xperia miro up for pre-order in India for Rs. 14499

Sony Xperia miro is now available for pre-order from online retailer Flipkart in India. It was announced in June and packs in a 3.5-inch (320×480 pixels) TFT capacitive touch screen display, 800 MHz processor and runs on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich). Google releases new YouTube app for iPhone

Since the license to include the YouTube app in iOS is over Apple removed the YouTube app in the latest iOS 6 beta, and said it would not come pre-installed with the iOS 6. Now, Google has released a separate YouTube app for iPhone. This app has new UI that looks similar to the Android app with the channel guide UI that shows subscribed channel on the left pane. It also has a search box with auto complete feature and voice search option. Google Drive for Android, iPhone and iPad updated with new features

Google has updated the Drive app for Android, iPhone and iPad. The new Google Drive for iPhone and iPad version 1.1.0 update brings Real-time collaboration feature finally. This feature was introduced in the Android app back in February. The Android app also have new features.
