ZTE today announced nubia Z11 mini, the company’s latest  mid-range smartphone in the nubia series in China, as expected. It has a 5-inch Full HD display with 2.5D arc glass, is powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 617 SoC and runs on Android 5.1 (Lollipop) with new nubia UI 3.9.6. It has 16-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, phase-detection auto-focus (PDAF) that lets you focus quickly and a 8-megapixel front-facing camera. Samsung Galaxy C5 (SM-C5000) with Snapdragon 617 and 4GB of RAM surfaced in Geekbench listing a few days back, now the Galaxy C7 (SM-C7000) with Snapdragon 625 SoC and 4GB of RAM has been leaked by AnTuTu. The Samsung Galaxy C-Series smartphone are expected to come with a metal body, but still don’t have images of any of these upcoming C-Series phones yet. LeEco Le 2 with a Helio X20 got certified by TENAA in China recently, now the LeEco Le 2 Pro (X820) with 6GB of RAM and Snapdragon 820 SoC has surfaced on GFXBench and Geekbench benchmarks. It also coincides with earlier rumors that revealed a 5.5-inch Quad HD screen 21-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 8-megapixel front-facing camera. It is also expected to come with a fingerprint sensor and come with metal body.

Apple schedules WWDC 2016 for June 13 in San Francisco

Apple just announced that it’s 27th annual Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) for this year happens from June 13th till June 17th. This time it is holding the event at Bill Graham Civic Auditorium instead of Moscone West. Airtel launches 4G LTE services in Chidambaram, Sriperumbudur and Karaikudi

Airtel today announced that it has commercially launched its 4G LTE services in Chidambaram, Sriperumbudur and Karaikudi in Tamilnadu. It was  the first operator to launch 4G in Tamilnadu back in June 2015. Airtel 4G is available to customers across mobile phones, dongles, 4G hotspots and Wi-Fi dongles in the towns. For existing Airtel customers, the company is offering a complimentary upgrade to Airtel 4G at same price as 3G. Android N will support pressure-sensitive displays, deeper virtual reality integration

Google released Android N Developer Preview 2 last week that brought several new features, including launcher shortcuts, Vulkan API and Unicode 9 emojis. Launcher shortcuts lets developers to define shortcuts, which users can expose in the launcher to help them perform actions quicker. It will also support pressure-sensitive screens that are currently found in very few Android devices and will also offer deeper virtual reality integration for developers, according to new details.

Intel announced its Apollo Lake platform, successor of the Cherryview platform, aimed at affordable all-in-ones, miniature PCs, hybrid devices, notebooks and tablet PCs at the IDF in Shenzhen last week. Based on 14 nm process technology, it will feature a new x86 microarchitecture named Goldmont that promises improved CPU performance, as well as a new graphics core that features Intel’s ninth-generation architecture (Gen9) currently used in Skylake processors for hardware-accelerated 4K video playback from hardware decoding of HEVC and VP9 codecs. Samsung SM-C5000 C-Series smartphone with Snapdragon 617, 4GB RAM surfaces

Samsung CM-C5000, the company’s upcoming C-Series smartphone surfaced in an import listing few weeks back. Now the smartphone has surfaced in Geekbench benchmark listing.
