NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 launched in India starting from Rs. 63250
NVIDIA introduced GeForce GTX 1080, the company’s top-end gaming graphics card earlier this month. Now the Zotac GeForce GTX 1080 Founders Edition is now available for purchase in India through several retailers. It is based on new Pascal architecture and is built on TSMC’s 16nm FinFET process. It has support for DirectX 12, Vulkan graphics APIs and is designed to drive display devices beyond 5K including HDR as well as delivering the performance required for immersive VR.

Reliance Lyf Flame 4 with 4G VoLTE launched for Rs. 3999
Reliance Retail has launched Lyf Flame 4, the company’s latest 4G smartphone with VoLTE, few days after launching the Lyf Flame 3. It has a 4-inch WVGA screen, is powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core processor and runs on Android 5.1 (Lollipop), similar to the Lyf Flame 3, but this has a 2-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a VGA front-facing camera. Jolla has announced Sailfish Community Device Program initiative that includes a new Sailfish OS device, the Jolla C. It offered 1,000 units for developers, which sold out quickly on the first day. Acer Liquid Zest Plus with 13MP tri-focus camera, 5000mAh battery to roll out from July for $199
Acer introduced the Liquid Zest Plus smartphone with a 13-megapixel rear camera that has laser auto focus, phase-detection auto-focus (PDAF) and contrast detection, which is hybrid tri-focus system last month. Today the company has announced the pricing and availability details for the smartphone, ahead of Computex 2016.
Airtel launches 4G LTE services in Sivakasi and Villupuram
Airtel has launched its 4G LTE services in Sivakasi and Villupuram in Tamilnadu. It was the first operator to launch 4G in Tamilnadu back in June 2015. It was launched in Chidambaram, Sriperumbudur and Karaikudi in the state last month and is already available in Coimbatore, Erode, Hosur, Madurai, Pondicherry, Salem, Tirunelveli, Tirupur, Trichy, Vellore, Cuddalore, Ambur, Rajapalayam, Kovilpatti, Periyanaicken-palayam (Tp), Namakkal and Gudiyatham.

Samsung Galaxy C7 with 5.7-inch 1080p display, Snapdragon 625, 4GB RAM announced
Samsung has announced Galaxy C7 in the new ‘C Series’ in China, along with the Galaxy C5. It has a 5.7-inch 1080p Super AMOLED display, is powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 625 14nm SoC and runs on Android 6.0.1 (Marshmallow) with Samsung’s own UI on top. It has a 16-megapixel rear camera with f/1.9 aperture, LED flash and a 8-megapixel front-facing camera. It also has a fingerprint sensor on the home button.
