The Indian tablet market has seen a rise in demand from consumer electronic sector including education and private enterprise. Tablet shipment in India has touched 3.44 million units for the year ending June 2014, as per a latest report from 6Wresearch.

Samsung Galaxy A series devices to support LTE connectivity
Samsung is working on three devices under its A series – SM-A300, SM-A500 and SM-A700. Specs and leaks of the first two devices have already been leaked in photos and benchmarks. Now, an important detail regarding the phone is being revealed by SamMobile.

The report states that all the three A series devices will feature LTE connectivity. A feature mostly seen in high end devices, LTE support will also come to the Samsung A3 which is the low end device among the three phones. Samsung will likely name these three devices as Galaxy A3, Galaxy A5 and Galaxy A7 with each being priced between $350-$400, $400-450 and $450-$500 respectively.
Moving on, Galaxy A7 will be launched in selected countries unlike the Galaxy A3 and Galaxy A5 which will be up for a global rollout, said the report. It speculates that Galaxy A7 will be sold in selected countries as the device might give a tough competition to its recently launched Galaxy Alpha thereby eating its sales.
No official word about when will the three devices will be released is known, however there is a possibility that they will be announced sometime in the third-quarter.
