Google is streamlining Hangouts experience for users. The company has announced that it will shut down Google Talks aka Gtalk/GChat feature in Gmail on June 26 and it will be replaced with Hangouts. Users will be  will automatically be transitioned to Hangouts.

Xiaomi launched the Redmi 4A budget smartphone earlier this week for Rs. 5,999. We already brought you the unboxing and first impressions of the smartphone, here we have some camera samples from the smartphone. It has a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and f/2.2 aperture and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.2 aperture.

Opera has updated its Opera Mini for Android that brings several new features. When users visit social media, MP3, or movie download sites, Opera Mini will automatically scan it for the direct download links under the Extreme Mode. The downloadable content will appear like a delicious buffet menu ready for their selection. This auto scan feature is now available on Facebook, Pagalworld, Tubidy, DJPunjab and a few others. The list will continue growing, says Opera.

It also comes with free Internet access for a year. Datawind had partnered with Reliance Communications last year so that phablet comes bundled with RCOM’s service offerings that will allow users to enjoy free Internet access for a year, but there are not details about FUP. A new patent from Apple published by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) describes a way by which you can dock your iPhone into the MacBook-like shell and power it using the smartphone. Titled as Electronic accessory device, the patent application was first discovered by Apple Insider.

Gionee introduced A1 selfie-focused smartphone in India earlier this week, but it didn’t reveal the price. As promised, the company has announced that the smartphone will be available in India for Rs. 19,999.  The main highlight of the smartphone is its 16-megapixel front camera with f/2.0 aperture, 1/3.06″ sensor, selfie flash and face beauty features. It packs a 5.5-inch 1080p 2.5D curved glass display, is powered by an Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P10 processor and has 4GB of RAM.

Xiaomi is expected to introduce its flagship Mi 6 smartphone in April. Now a new render of the phone has surfaced showing glass back and dual rear cameras. Xiaomi recently teased Snapdragon 835 so there are chances it could come with the processor. Some rumors say that only the Mi 6 Plus will pack dual rear cameras.
