Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro will be available for pre-order from April 13 for those who can’t buy it in flash sale

Xiaomi launched the Redmi Note 5 Pro smartphone in India back in February, which went on sale exclusively on Flipkart as well as Mi.com from February 22nd. Even though it had been close to 7 weeks since it went on sale,  Redmi Note 5 Pro goes out of stock in seconds every week. For those who are yet to book one during flash sale, Xiaomi today announced that it will start pre-orders for the phone on mi.com from April 13th, Friday at 12PM.

You need to pay the full amount to pre-order the phone, and COD option is not available. Xiaomi says that it might take 2 to 4 weeks for the phone to ship, which varies based on the demand.  If you change your mind, you can cancel the order before the product is shipped.

Xiaomi recently removed Cash-on-delivery (COD) payment option for Redmi Note 5 Pro sales on Mi.com and Flipkart to restrict reselling and give its genuine consumers a better chance at purchasing its products. Xiaomi also has several restrictions for those buying the phone at Mi Home Stores.
