Nokia Asha 230 Hands On and Photo Gallery

At MWC 2014 in Barcelona, alongside its new Nokia X series of Android powered budget smartphones, Nokia announced an addition to their Asha lineup in the form of Nokia Asha 230. Nokia Asha 230 is the newest and most affordable touch enabled Asha phone yet. Being a touch based Asha phone, it shares most of its design traits from the Asha lineup and comes with slightly rounded corners.

Nokia held a press conference at MWC 2014 with the name – Under the Tree and announced a Android powered budget smartphone that has been in the rumor mill for quite some time now. Nokia X – Nokia’s newest range of budget smartphones, are powered by Android at heart, but use Microsoft’s services instead of Google’s services. Samsung Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 First Look

Samsung introduced the Galaxy NotePRO 12.2 with a huge 12.2-inch screen at the CES 2014 last month. It was launched in India at the Samsung Asia Forum 2014 in Bali earlier this week at a price tag of Rs. 64,900. We got to check out the tablet at the event. The NotePRO looks similar to the TabPRO 12.2 and also has almost similar specifications, but this has a S Pen stylus and Wacom Digitizer for pressure sensitive input. Asus unveiled the Padfone Mini 4.3, the first mini version of the Padfone few months back. Unlike the Padfone with a 5-inch display that docks into the Padfone station with a 10.1-inch screen, this has a 4.3-inch screen and a smaller Padfone station with a 7-inch display. Remember, there are two Padfone Mini variants. The Padfone Mini 4.3 that we have unboxed has a 4.3-inch qHD screen and is powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor, while the new Padfone Mini that we saw at the CES 2014 last month has a 4-inch WVGA screen and is powered by a 1.6 GHz Intel Atom Z2560 chip. Lenovo Vibe Z Unboxing

The Lenovo K900 was the Chinese company’s first flagship launch in India. It had really good specifications for a high end phone and launched at a competitive price, only to then get lesser and suddenly turn into a really good value for money device. We had been waiting for its successor for quite a while now, and now it has come in the form of the Lenovo Vibe Z, which aims to fill the gap the K900 has left in the Indian market. The Vibe Z was announced in India just a couple of days back, at an event which we attended. It has been priced at Rs. 35,999, which is very close to what the K900 was launched for. We had taken a good look at the Vibe Z aka K910 at the Consumer electronics show in Vegas, but the phone was announced in China way back in October. The Moto G Flip Shell is Motorola’s take on the flip cover that is oh-so-popular in the Indian market. After unboxing the Indian retail version of the dual SIM Moto G, we took the normal shell for a spin and also tried out the new Flip Shell. The white flip shell we bought has a really cool texture on its back and even has magnets to close the front cover, which will offer protection. Having just unboxed the Motorola Moto G, the Indian retail version that supports two SIMs, we also got to try the new Moto G shells. We had ordered them separately from Flipkart, the normal coloured replacement shell for the back and the Flip shell that protects the back AND the front. But first, lets talk about the normal shell.
