Motorola announces DROID XYBOARD 8.2 and 10.1 4G LTE tablets, coming to Verizon this month

Motorola and Verizon Wireless has announced 2 new DROID XYBOARD tablets. They have also announced DROID RAZR in white color. Both these tablets support Verizon’s 4G LTE network and is powered by dual-core 1.2 GHz processors and runs on Android 3.2 Honeycomb (upgradable to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich).It comes with scratch-resistant corning gorilla glass displays with water-repellent nanoparticles makes them resistant to accidental spills and splashes, 1 GB of RAM, MotoCast for remote access to non DRM-protected music, pictures, videos and documents stored on work or home computers. Staples app for iPhone updated to v2.0 with new features

RIM announces BlackBerry Mobile Fusion – Device Management solution for BlackBerry, iOS and Android


RIM has announced the BlackBerry Mobile Fusion, multi-platform Mobile Device Management (MDM) for BlackBerry , Android and iOS devices. This would let the users to manage devices, users, groups and policies from a single place, required and optional work applications. It also supports BlackBerry Balance technology that enables BlackBerry smartphones to be used for business and personal purposes. LG Nitro HD with 720p HD Display and 4G LTE gets Priced at $249.99 for AT&T USA

LG announced the Optimus LTE in Korea last month  which boasts of a 720p HD IPS Display and at that point LG did not plan to release the device in other markets. Looks like that has changed as LG launched the Optimus LTE in Canada earlier this month and now AT&T has announced that it is going to launch the the LG Nitro HD which seems like the carrier’s variant of the Optimus LTE. The device packs a True HD AH-IPS (High Definition Advanced High Performance In-Plane Switching) 4.5 inch display with  329 pixels per inch. More details about the display technology here . Google Music Android Event Live Blog

Google is holding an event in Los Angeles today and is expected to announce something connected to Google Music and Android. We have been hearing rumors that Google has been in talks with various record labels for Google Music which debuted at Google IO earlier this year.(currently in beta and available only in the US). Will Google come up with a answer to iTunes , Spotify ?  We should find out soon. We should definitely expect to  see a complete version of the Google Music App for Android too. . Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 LTE coming to AT&T on November 20 for $479.99

AT&T has announced their second LTE tablet, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 for their customers. They would also launch the 4G LTE (Long Term Evolution) in 6 new markets (Charlotte, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Las Vegas, Oklahoma City, and San Juan, Puerto Rico) on November 20. Unlocked Apple iPhone 4S now shipping from Apple Store in the US

When Apple launched the Apple iPhone 4S last month , it also announced it’s plans to sell factory unlocked versions in November which could be purchased without the need for a contract. Today , the Apple Store in the US is taking orders for the Unlocked iPhone 4S which starts at US$ 649 for the 16GB , $749 for the 32GB and $849 for the 64GB. Just a reminder that most states in the US charge a sales tax so the final price at the time of check out might be  slightly higher. HTC has announced HTC Rezound , the only phone in the United States with Beats Audio integration. It comes with 4.3-inch true HD 720p display and runs on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) (Upgradable to Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich)). It works on Verizon Wireless 4G LTE network. BBM Music launched in US, Canada and Australia


RIM has launched their own cloud based music service, BBM Music after closed Beta trial of several months in Canada, the United States and the UK. The BBM music was announced in August.  The BBM Music is powered by cloud music service provider, Omnifone and it has millions of songs from leading music companies. The BBM music lets you listen to full tracks from the friend’s profile, build a music profile with 50 of your favorite songs with an option to swap 25 songs each month and create multiple playlist. The more BBM friends with BBM Music Premium subscriptions you have, the more songs you can share. AT&T has announced their first LTE phone lineup with HTC Vivid and Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket that would be available from November 6. These smartphones uses both the LTE and HSPA+ 4G for a consistently fast connection in and out of LTE areas. The HTC Vivid has dual core 1.2 GHz processor 4.5-inch qHD display and the Samsung Galaxy S II Skyrocket is powered by 1.5 GHz dual core processor and has 4.5-inch SuperAMOLED Plus display. Sprint announces HTC EVO Design 4G, coming on October 23 for $99.99

Sprint has announced another phone in the HTC EVO family, the HTC EVO Design 4G. It has 4-inch (960 x 540 pixels) capacitive touchscreen display and has aluminum unibody design. It is powered by 1.2GHz processor and runs on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread). It features 5MP rear-facing camera with flash and HD video recording and a 1.3MP front-facing camera.
