Honor 7X gets Face Unlock via OTA update in India

Huawei’s Honor brand has announced that it has started rolling out a new software update to enable Face unlock feature in Honor 7X smartphone in India, as it had promised. Face Unlock for the Honor View 10 was released back in January and the Honor 9 Lite got the feature last month.

Honor 7C vs Xiaomi Redmi 5 – What’s Different?

Huawei’s Honor brand just introduced the Honor 7C  smartphone in China today. This directly competes with the Redmi 5 that was introduced back in December last year and will launch in India this week. Both these share almost similar specifications including a 18:9 display, Snapdragon 450, up to 4GB RAM, fingerprint sensor on the back and a metal back. Huawei’s Honor brand just announced Honor 7C, the latest budget smartphone, as it had promised. It has a 5.99-inch HD+ 2.5D curved glass display with 18:9 aspect ratio, is powered by Snapdragon 450 with up to 4GB RAM and runs on  Android 8.0 (Oreo) with EMUI 8.0 on top. It has a 13-megapixel rear camera along with a 2-megapixel front-facing camera to capture the depth information for portrait shots. Last week, we reported that newly launched Redmi Note 5 Pro had Low Volume output via Headphones issue, and Xiaomi quickly addressed the issue and rolled out MIUI 9.2.5.0 and updated security patch to February as well.
