Amazon launched its Prime delivery service in India back in 2016 at an introductory price of Rs. 499. In 2017, it increased the subscription fee for its ‘Prime’ service to Rs. 999. After 4 years, the company is increasing the price of Amazon Prime subscription by Rs. 500 more, so it will soon cost Rs. 1499. Amazon says that it is running a limited-period offer that will let customers get Prime at old Rs. 999 price. HUAWEI today launched the FreeBuds 4i, the company’s latest TWS earbuds in India, after teasing it recently. This comes as the successor to FreeBuds 3i which was launched in India last year. It has active noise cancellation (ANC), up to 10h standalone battery life and a new round case. This comes after the Nokia C20 Plus, which was launched in the country back in August. After months of steady growth, the Indian smartphone market has recorded a decline of 5% Year-on-Year (YoY) for the third quarter of 2021. It shipped a total of 47.5 million units during the quarter, and the top 5 manufacturers continued to be Xiaomi, Samsung, vivo realme and OPPO.
