Intex has launched the Aqua Style, a new Android smartphone in the Aqua series with a 5.9-inch (800 x 480 pixels) capacitive touch screen display. Karbonn A12, a new Android Smartphone is now available from online retailers Saholic and Flipkart in India. It has a 4.5-inch (854 ×480 pixels) FWVGA capacitive touch sceen display and runs on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich), similar to the Karbonn A21 that was launched last year. Pantel Technologies has launched T-Pad WS707C, their new tablet with built-in SIM card slot for voice calling and 2G connectivity. It has a 7-inch (1024 x 600 pixels) capacitive touch screen display with and is powered by a 1.2 GHz Cortex A9 processor. It runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) and comes with WiFi and 3G support via USB Dongle for data connectivity. It has a 2MP rear camera and a 0.3MP (VGA) front-facing camera. Micromax Funbook P600, the company’s latest Android tablet is now available from online retailer Snapdeal. Most of the features are similar to the Micromax Funbook Talk (P350) that was launched last year including a 7-inch capacitive touch screen display and Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich), but this one is powered by a 1 GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon (MSM8225A) processor instead of 1 GHz Allwinner A10 processor in the P350. Micromax has announced that they have sold 9000 units of the A116 Canvas HD in the first 24 hours after it went on sale at midnight of 14 February 2013. The company is currently taking pre-bookings for the device at the rate of 25 units per minute. Micromax unveiled the A116 Canvas HD with a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display and a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor last month.
