AOC to launch 6-inch phablet and 7-inch tablet in India in November: Report

AOC, popular for its displays and monitors entered into tablet market with the launch of two new Android tablets under the Breeze category in India back in April 2013, now the company is back with another tablet and also plans to enter into the smartphone market next month, according to a report from ET. The AOC D70V50G that has been listed on the official website has a 7-inch display, runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat), has 3G connectivity with voice calling capabilities and is powered by a 1.3GHz dual-core processor. Google is planning to release Gmail v5.0 for Android with support for all other email accounts like Yahoo and Outlook, a leaked promo video reveals. You can switch between either accounts by a simple swipe or by touching the account drop down, reveals the video. The app has material design, which is obvious since the upcoming Android 5.0 (Lollipop) update with Material Design UI is around the corner.  This has rounded avatars, refreshed iconography and more. Oppo Find 7 and Find 7a to receive Android KitKat based ColorOS v2.0 update

Oppo is releasing an Android KitKat based ColorOS v2.0 update to Find 7 and Find 7a. This will not be an OTA update, and users will have to download the update package and move it to the root directory of the phone, then update while in recovery mode.

Google Nexus 9 India Prices Revealed on Play Store, coming soon

In case you are looking forward to buying the latest Nexus tablet from Google in India, we have some good news to share. We just spotted the Google Nexus 9 as coming soon on the India Play Store and the price for the 16GB Wi-Fi only version is listed as Rs.28900 which is a good deal considering the US pricing is $399 but taxes and shipping will bring the price to roughly about Rs.27000 and duties could end up making it even costlier.  It seems like the 32GB Wi-Fi only version will not be coming to India. The Google Nexus 9 is made my HTC and packs a 8.9 inch display and is powered by a Nvidia Tegra K1 chip and runs on the latest version of Android 5.0 Lollipop.
