Google has expanded its Android One program to Africa. It has partnered with hardware manufacturer Infinix to launch Infinix Hot 2 Android One smartphone in 6 African countries – Egypt, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Morocco and Nigeria. Android One was launched in India first and got expanded to Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Philippines, Turkey, Myanmar, Pakistan and Thailand. Auxus PRIME P8000 with 5.5-inch 1080p display, Octa-Core SoC launched for Rs. 14990
iberry’s Auxus has launched Auxus PRIME P8000 in partnership with Chinese smartphone maker Elephone exclusively on Snapdeal, as it announced yesterday. It has a 5.5-inch 1080p screen, is powered by a 1.3 GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6753 processor and runs on Android 5.1 (Lollipop). It supports Elephone ROMs and customized ROMs. It has 4G LTE connectivity with support for 4G LTE bands (TDD B40 2300MHz and FDD B3 1800MHz) for India.

Android ‘M’ is officially known as Marshmallow
Google introduced the newest version of Android at its annual developer summit. The preview was known as ‘Android M’ and the company did not reveal what M stands for. Today, Google has announced that the latest iteration of Android will be called as ‘Marshmallow’.
