LG G2 vs Motorola Moto X Hands-on

LG announced their flagship smartphone, G2, nearly a month back and the Moto X was announced just before it and is already available while the LG G2 is yet to be available. LG G2 is equipped with top of the shelf features like a monstrous Quad-core Snapdragon 800 SoC and a Full HD 1080p display while the Moto X is a lot more subtle with a dual-core processor and a 720p display. LG G Pad 8.3 vs Apple iPad Mini Hands-on

LG announced a tablet after a long time in the form of LG G Pad 8.3 in September 2013 and Apple had launched the iPad Mini way back in November 2012. Oppo R819 Benchmarks

Oppo announced the R819, the company’s latest mid-range handset with a 4.7 inch (1280×720 pixels) IPS display with OGS (One glass solution) technology last month. We brought you the hands-on impressions of the device recently, here we have the benchmarks of the device. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core MediaTek 6589 processor with PowerVR SGX544 MP2 GPU, similar to most of the smartphones available in the India market. Let’s see how the phone stands up synthetic benchmark tests when compared with the other quad-core Android smartphones.

HTC One Mini vs Apple iPhone 5 Hands On

HTC recently announced the smaller version of their flagship – HTC One as the new HTC One Mini. Apple’s iPhone 5 is nearly an year old and Apple have already announced their newer Apple iPhone 5S. Xolo Q1000S Unboxing

Xolo launched the Q1000S, successor of the Q1000 last month. Here we have the device for review. Let’s check out the unboxing first. It has a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display at 295 PPI based on one-glass solution (OGS) technology and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) similar to the Q1000 that was launched back in May. Apart from the design, the processor, camera and the battery has been upgraded.

Assassins Creed Pirates coming this year to Android and iOS

Assasin’s Creed is a very successful gaming series by Ubisoft for PC and gaming consoles. Assasin’s Creed Pirates is a standalone game for the mobile platform and it will be available for iOS and Android this year. The game is currently in development in Ubisoft center at Paris.

Celkon has launched three new smartphones, Campus A10, Signature Swift A112 and the Monalisa 5. The Campus A10 is an entry-level 3G smartphone with dual SIM support will compete with the Lava Iris 356. It has a 3.5-inch (480 x 320 pixels) display and the Signature Swift A112 has a 5-inch FWVGA (854 x 480 pixels) display. These two devices are powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean). The Celkon Monalisa 5 in the new Monalisa series has a 4.5-inch qHD display, powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor and runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean). Sony was one of the first companies to announce the smart watch and it has not been a very successful journey for them. At IFA 2013 in Berlin, when Samsung announced their first smartwatch – Galaxy Gear, Sony had already announced the second iteration of their Smartwatch – Smartwatch 2. Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Accessories – S-View cover, Mini Purse Cover and Wireless Charging Kit

The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 was the star of the IFA 2013 in Berlin and it was announced along with a lot of accessories. The Galaxy S4 was the first device to have the S-View cover which not only protected the device, but had a small window to let you peek at the screen for important information. The Galaxy Note 3 is also getting an S-View cover, but the window on the Note 3’s S-View cover is fairly large and it is expected to let you perform more than a few basic options. The S-View cover comes in a wide variety of colors and there are nearly 10 color options available.

The Galaxy Note 3 has a unique accessory which is primarily targeted at female customers – Mini Purse cover. The Mini Purse cover, as the name suggests is a case that doubles as a mini purse. Asus announced their Galaxy Note competitor in the form of Asus Fonepad Note 6 back in Computex held during June. The Asus Fonepad Note 6 is a 6inch phablet that comes with a 6inch Full HD display and is powered by an Intel Atom dual-core processor. To be a true Galaxy Note competitor, it comes with a Stylus.
