Huawei Honor 7 gets Android 6.0 Marshmallow beta update in India

Huawei has finally released the beta version of Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) update for the Honor 7 users in India. This update is available for only those who register for the OTA (over the air) using the Google Drive forum here with their current software version and IMEI. The company says that it will verify the information and will start pushing the OTA update for the users after 24 to 48 hours of submission. Android Marshmallow update for the Honor 7 smartphone brings EMUI 4.0 and several new features. Check out the change log below. Xiaomi introduced the Redmi Note 3 smartphone last month. We brought you the unboxing and benchmarks of the smartphone recently, here we have the battery life test results.  The Redmi Note 3 packs a 4000mAh built-in battery, which is larger than the than 3060mAh battery on the Redmi Note 2. It has a 5.5-inch 1080p display, is powered by an Octa-Core MediaTek Helio X10 processor and runs on MIUI 7 based on Android 5.0.2 (Lollipop). Check out the test results below.

HTC just announced the One X9 smartphone, the company’s latest mid range smartphone in the new ‘One X’ series, as it promised. It packs a 5.5-inch 1080p display and is powered by an Octa-Core MediaTek Helio X10 processor. It has a 13-megapixel rear camera with dual-tone LED flash, BSI sensor, optical image stabilization (OIS) that can detect shake in 0.125 milliseconds, 4K video recording and RAW image capture. Android version is not clear yet, but there are chances that it might be running on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow), similar to the One A9. LG V10 sales surpass 4,50,000 units in the US in 45 days

LG today announced that the sales of its V10 smartphone has crossed 4,50,000 units in the US in just 45 days after the launch. It was launched in the US at the end of October and went on sale across major US carriers in early November. In the US it sold at the rate of 10,000 units per day on average, said the company.  Commenting on the sales, it said that it was popular among the younger generation, with 37% of its US consumers aged between 25 and 34.

It packs a 6-inch 1080p Super AMOLED display with 2.5D curved glass and 2.74mm narrow frame, is powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 652 (Previously 620) processor and runs on Android 5.1 (Lollipop). It has a 13-megapixel rear camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), LED flash and a 8-megapixel front-facing camera.
