Xolo launched the Era 4K, the company’s latest budget 4G smartphone in the Era series last month for Rs. 6,499. It packs a 4000mAh built-in lithium-polymer battery. It has a 5-inch HD screen, is powered by a Quad-core MediaTek MT6735P processor and runs on Android 5.1 (Lollipop). Samsung is all set to launch the company’s flagship Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge smartphones in India at an event in Delhi tomorrow. We have got hold of the pricing for 32GB variants of both the smartphones. The Galaxy S7 is expected to be priced at Rs. 49,000 and the Galaxy S7 edge is expected to be priced at Rs. 59,000. Last year’s Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge were launched in India starting at Rs. 49,900 and Rs. 58,900, respectively. Samsung just sent press invites for the launch of its flagship Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge smartphones in India on March 8th. Both these smartphones were announced at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona last week, pack a 5.1-inch Quad HD and 5.5-inch Quad HD Super AMOLED always-on displays, respectively. In India the variants will likely be powered by an Octa-Core Exynos 8 Octa 8890 SoC, instead of Quad-Core Snapdragon 820 processor. Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Benchmarks – Hexa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 650

Xiaomi launched its Redmi Note 3 smartphone in India yesterday starting at Rs. 9999. We already brought you the benchmarks of the Helio X10 version of the Redmi Note 3, here are the benchmarks of the Snapdragon 650 version. It is powered by an Hexa-Core Snapdragon 650 28nm processor with four smaller ARM Cortex A53 core clocked at 1.4GHz per core and two bigger ARM Cortex A72 cores clocked at 1.4GHz per core. It has 600MHz Adreno 510 GPU. We have the 3GB RAM version, but the phone also comes in 2GB of RAM version. It has a 5.5-inch 1080p display and runs on Android 5.1.1 (Lollipop) with MIUI 7 on top.  Check out the synthetic benchmark scores below.
