vivo has launched the Buds Clip open-ear earphones and vivo WATCH 6 in China, alongside the vivo X500 series smartphones. The Buds Clip is available in standard and wireless charging versions, while the vivo WATCH 6 comes in Bluetooth and eSIM versions.
vivo Buds Clip
The Buds Clip weighs 5.2 g and uses a symmetrical design that eliminates the need to distinguish between the left and right earphones. vivo developed the ergonomic design with universities using more than 2,000 real human ear shape models, optimizing the curves, entry angle and clamping-force points to distribute pressure across the ear.
The C-bridge uses a flexible titanium wire made of high-performance memory titanium alloy. The purple and white variants feature a nacre-textured finish inspired by natural mother-of-pearl, with variations in pattern and lustre between individual pairs.
For audio, the Buds Clip feature a 12 mm driver with dual-coil voice technology and 0.8 mm ultra-large amplitude. They support Hi-Res Audio Wireless and have been certified by the vivo Golden Ears Acoustics Laboratory. The three listening modes are:
- Balanced Mode: Balances open-ear tuning, sound quality and power consumption
- Vocal Enhancement Mode: Adjusts mid-high frequencies and dynamic range for vocals, dialogue and instrument details
- Leakage-Proof Mode: Uses directional sound transmission and algorithms to reduce outward sound diffusion
The earphones also support spatial audio with Theater, Concert Hall, Recording Studio and Concert modes. Custom Sound Effects provide adjustment across 10 independent frequency bands, while Adaptive Volume adjusts the volume based on the surrounding environment.
For calls, the Buds Clip combine a dual-microphone array, beamforming and AI noise reduction to reduce traffic, keyboard and honking noises. A VPU bone conduction microphone picks up voice through bone vibrations and reduces the effect of strong wind and air interference. The earphones can also connect to three devices simultaneously.
The Buds Clip provide up to 42 hours of music playback, up to 10 hours on a single charge and up to 3 hours from a 10-minute charge. They support fast charging, while the wireless charging version works with mainstream Qi wireless chargers and compatible phones for reverse wireless charging. The wireless charger is sold separately, and the earphones are IP55-rated for dust and water resistance.
Touch controls support tapping, long-pressing and sliding, with separate customization for the left and right sides. Wearing detection automatically pauses music when the earphones are removed. The default controls are:
- Double-tap: Play/pause music; answer/end calls
- Triple-tap: Next song; call recording
- Long press: Switch listening control
- Slide: Adjust volume
The Buds Clip also offer Real-time Smart Translation, AI Smart Broadcast and Blue OS ecosystem interconnection. Real-time Smart Translation supports text, voice and conversational translation, while AI Smart Broadcast provides courier, flight and train updates through the BlueLM (Lanxin Xiao V) intelligent system. Blue OS interconnection supports calls, WeChat voice messages and watch voice prompts through compatible vivo/iQOO watches.

The vivo WATCH 6 features a 1.47-inch AMOLED display with a 1.49mm ultra-narrow bezel, 85.8% screen-to-body ratio, 3500 nits peak brightness, 2 nits minimum brightness and a 60Hz refresh rate. It uses sapphire glass with a Mohs hardness of 9, while the titanium alloy version has a TC4 aerospace-grade titanium alloy frame and the stainless steel version uses 316L stainless steel. It also has IP68 and 5ATM protection.
The watch comes in stainless steel versions in Moonlight and Wilderness colourways, along with a titanium version. It supports over 1,000 watch faces, including photo, album, Live Photo and video options, along with more than 10 exclusive built-in watch faces.
For fitness tracking, the WATCH 6 supports over 100 workout modes and dual-frequency, five-constellation GNSS positioning. Key features include:

For health tracking, the watch offers a 60-second physical checkup covering 14 health metrics. It also supports heart rate, blood oxygen, HRV, sleep and stress monitoring, along with pulse-wave premature beat and atrial fibrillation analysis and a 30-second blood pressure risk evaluation.
vivo notes that the blood pressure feature is not a medical device and its results are for reference only. The pulse-wave premature beat and atrial fibrillation analysis software has received a China Medical Device Registration Certificate.
The WATCH 6 supports NFC public transit and access cards, WeChat and Alipay payments, compatible NFC car keys, recording, quick notes and calendars. Other smart features include:

- Jovi (BlueLM) 2.0: Continuous voice Q&A

Battery life is rated at up to 21 days with Bluetooth light use, 10 days with regular use, 6 days with always-on display, 7 days in number-sharing mode and 4 days in independent terminal mode, while a full charge takes about two hours.
