After the A500, A500s and the A500L in the A Series, Xolo is all set to launch the A500 Club, the company’s first music-oriented smartphone with dual front-facing speakers. The phone has been spotted on the official website and packs a a 4-inch (480×800 pixels) capacitive touch screen display based on One Glass Solution (OGS) technology, powered by a 1.3 GHz dual-core MediaTek MT 6572 processor with Mali 400 MP GPU and runs on Android 4.2.2 (Jelly Bean). KeyPoint Technologies, popular for its Adaptxt Keyboard has launched Wink It, a new keyboard with emoticon and image prediction for Android smartphones. It predicts emoticons as users start typing the words and suggests multiple output options. This auto emoticon suggestion feature was first introduced in Android KitKat keyboard and later it was adopted in SwiftKey Beta 4.5 Beta. HARMAN India has launched two new JBL speakers, the JBL Flip 2 and the JBL Voyager. The JBL Flip 2 is a new wireless portable stereo speaker and the Voyager comes with a subwoofer docking system. Amazon launched the first Paperwhite in India back in June 2013. The New Kindle Paperwhite that was launched in India last month is now on sale in India. The 2nd generation Paperwhite that was announced back in September 2013 has a the same 6-inch (1024 x 768 pixels) display at 212 PPI pixel density and a built-in light similar to the first generation Kindle Paperwhite, but this has a new display technology with higher contrast, the next generation built-in light, a faster processor and new touch technology. Gionee M2, the latest mid-range smartphone from the company is now available in India from online retailer Snapdeal. It has a 5-inch (854 x 480 pixels) display, powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean). It has a 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. It comes with dual SIM support with dual standby and packs 4200 mAh battery. LG showcased the LG G Flex, the company’s first smartphone with a curved OLED display in India at an event back in December last year and promised that it would launch in February. Now the smartphone has been listed on the official LG India website at Rs. 69,999 (MRP). The LG G Flex was announced back in October 2013 and packs a 6-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD Curved Plastic OLED display that vertically concave from top to bottom to a radius of 700mm. Last year iBall launched Andi Udaan, India’s first Android smartphone with safety features for women. We already know that it has a dedicated SOS button on the back to alert people in case of emergency. Now three new Micromax smartphones in the Bolt series, the Micromax Bolt A24, Bolt A37B and Bolt A46 are available online. The Bolt A24 has a 2.8-inch QVGAscreen, powered by a 1 GHz Spreadrtum SC6820 processor and runs on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread). After MTNL, the State Owned Telecom Operator, BSNL has started rolling out free roaming plans starting from Rajasthan. Unlike MTNL, this service is not free on BSNL. Prepaid customers have to purchase special tariff vouchers (STVs) to avail free incoming calls while roaming across the country. Motorola may have been sold to a Chinese manufacturer – Lenovo, but Moto G is on its way to India. A few days back, Motorola teased about release details of Moto G on their Facebook page and now we have more. But this time it comes from India’s leading eCommerce portal – Flipkart.
