LG G2 4G LTE version launched in India starting at Rs. 46000

LG has launched the 4G LTE variant of the LG G2 in India, as it promised last month. The 3G variant of the LG G2 was launched in India back in September last year starting at Rs. 41,500. The 4G variant would also have similar features as the 3G version, including a 5.2-inch (1920×1080 pixels) Full HD IPS display at 423 ppi, 2.26 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 (MSM8974) processor with Adreno 330 GPU and runs on Android Jelly Bean OS. It has a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED Flash, Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), 1080p video recording and a 2.1-megapixel front-facing camera. Nokia X+ and Nokia XL Android smartphones coming to India within 60 days

Today, at the Nokia X launch event in India, Nokia has announced that both the Nokia X+ and the Nokia XL, dual SIM Android smartphones would be available in India within the next 60 days.  Both these phones were announced at the Mobile World Congress 2014 at Barcelona last month, along with the Nokia X, and are based on  Android Open Source Project (AOSP). The Nokia X+ is similar to the Nokia X, but this packs 768MB of RAM, instead of 512 MB on the Nokia X. Nokia has launched the Nokia X, the company’s first Android smartphone based on Android Open Source Project (AOSP). It was announced at the Mobile World Congress 2014 at Barcelona, last month and packs a 4-inch (800 x 480 pixels) capacitive touch screen display, powered by a 1 GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 play (MSM8225) processor and runs on Nokia X software platform 1.0 based on AOSP Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean). Sony and Panasonic announce Archival Discs coming in Summer 2015

iberry launched the Auxus Nuclea N2 smartphone, successor of the Nuclea N1 back in January. We already brought you the unboxing of the Nuclea N2 earlier this week. Here we have the benchmarks of the smartphone. It is powered by a Octa-Core MediaTek MT6592 processor which as 8 ARM Cortex-A7 CPUs, each clocked at 1.66 GHz and is based on 28nm HPM. It has a Mali 450-MP4 GPU, comes with a 5.7-inch 1080p display and  runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean). This is the first Octa-Core chip with Heterogeneous Multi-Processing (HMP), where all the core can be turned ON at the same time. Check out the synthetic benchmark results below. Kindle Paperwhite (First gen) finally gets Goodreads integration, Kindle FreeTime and more


Amazon unveiled the New Kindle Paperwhite back in September last year, and announced that it would get Goodreads and FreeTime features in a software update. The New Paperwhite got the these features in an update in November, but the company did not announce these features for the first Generation Paperwhite. Amazon has rolled out a new update (version 5.4.4) to the first generation Paperwhite, that brings Goodreads integration, Kindle FreeTime feature and more features, that were available in the New Kindle Paperwhite. HP has launched HP 8, a 7.85-inch tablet in the U.S. It has a 7.85-inch (1024 x 768 pixels) IPS multitouch display, powered by a quad-core Allwinner A31s  processor and runs on Android 4.2.2 (Jelly Bean). It has a 2-megapixel rear camera and a 0.3-megapixel (VGA) front-facing camera. It has WiFi, but lacks a SIM card slot, so you lose voice calling capabilities. Asus rumored to be working on two new Transformer tablets

Asus was the first company that introduced the concept of Android transformer tablet which a detachable dock. Asus was also the first company that came up with Asus PadFone concept. Despite being innovations of their own, both the series failed commercially. But Asus isn;t giving up. They have launched a lot of Transformer products till now and according to rumors from Italy, the company is working on two more models of Asus Transformer series.
