Micromax is planning to set up a mobile handset manufacturing facility in Hyderabad. The homegrown smartphone maker will investment Rs 400 crore to Rs 500 crore, as per a Telangana government official.

Micromax has launched Canvas Tab P690, the company’s latest tablet with 3G connectivity via SIM slot and voice calling capabilities. Micromax launched the Micromax Canvas A1 (AQ4501) with 4GB of internal storage last year. Now the Micromax Canvas A1 (AQ4502) with 8GB of internal storage is available from eBay.in. The Canvas A1 got the Lollipop update recently, the new version runs on Android 5.1 (Lollipop) out of the box.
