Qualcomm accuses Apple of stealing trade secrets to improve performance of Intel chips

Qualcomm seems to be in no mood to stop its legal battle against Apple as the chip maker freshly accuses Apple of stealing software and tools to improve chips from its rival Intel. Qualcomm is asking the judge to include the consideration of the latest accusations to a case between the two in state court in California. The suit is due to go to trial in April next year. Apple Watch Series 4 Teardown reveals battery capacity, hidden barometric sensor and more

After the teardown of the iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max that reveled several details about the smartphones, iFixit has completed teardown of Apple Watch Series 4 44mm model with LTE (A2008). This reveals a slightly bigger battery compared to the Watch Series 3, hidden barometric sensor, all-new optical sensor, surrounded by a new ring-shaped electrical sensor.

macOS Mojave with Dark Mode, Stacks, new built-in apps, Redesigned Mac App Store now available for download

Apple has released macOS 10.14 Mojave for Macs, as it had promised. Apple completes acquisition of Shazam, app will soon go Ad-free for all users

Back in December last year Apple confirmed the acquisition of London-based music recognition service Shazam. Today the Cupertino giant has announced that it has completed the acquisition. It also said that the app will soon be ad-free for all users. The company currently charges $2.99 or ₹ 249 for ad-free experience.

Apple with the iPhone XS and XS Max introduced the ability to control or adjust the depth of field of an image after it has been shot. However, a new report suggests that Apple is also planning on letting users adjust the depth while taking the picture. Apple iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max and iPhone XR certification reveals battery capacity and RAM

Apple unveiled iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, and iPhone XR, the company’s next-generation iPhones last week. Apple doesn’t mentions battery capacity for the iPhones on its site, and we usually find those details later on certification sites or in teardowns. Now all these phones have been certified by TENAA in China revealing battery capacities and RAM. To remind you, last year’s iPhone X comes with 2716mAh battery and 3GB LPDDR4x RAM. The 5.8-inch iPhone XS actually has a smaller 2658mAh battery compared to the iPhone X, but the 6.5-inch iPhone XS Max packs a 3174mAh battery. Both these have 4GB of RAM.
