Amazon has introduced its 8th Generation Fire HD 8 for this year. This is almost similar specifications as the previous Fire HD 8 model, but this comes with Alexa hands-free that lets you ask Alexa to play a song, pause a movie, video call a friend or family member, and more—using only your voice, even when your screen is on standby. It has a new 2-megapixel front camera, up from VGA in the previous generation, and also runs new Fire OS 6, but it is still based on Android Nougat.

Online retail giant Amazon has announced the launch of its e-commerce website in Hindi on the Amazon mobile App on Android & mobile website. With this move, customers can now read product information, find deals and discount, track their orders and manage their account in Hindi.

Xiaomi already confirmed that it will launch three new smartphones in the Redmi 6 series in India on September 5th. Now Amazon.in has confirmed that the phones will be available exclusively with them. The teaser shows only two phones, one with a notch and the other without it, so the third phone could be exclusive to Flipkart.

Online music streaming platform, Amazon Music has introduced a new innovative voice control powered by Alexa to enhance the listening experience. Available in both mobile apps and Echo family devices, users can ask Alexa to play their favorite songs which they haven’t listened for a while.
