Nazara Technologies to distribute EA Mobile games in India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh

Nazara Technologies an Indian company which has direct relationship with most operators in India has entered into a relationship with EA Mobile , a division of Electronic Arts. EA is more popularly known as EA Games . According to the agreement  Nazara will bring the EA Mobile Games to India and it also gives them exclusive rights to distribute the EA Mobile on all operators and other channels  in India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. TweetUp Acquires Android Twitter Client Twidroid

TweetUp recently announced that it had acquired Twidroid, the most popular Twitter client for Android. This app will be preloaded on millions of upcoming Android phones from five of the leading handset manufacturers.

TweetUp Inc, recently announced that it had acquired Twidroid, the most popular and highest-rated Twitter client for Android phones. The company further announced that the application will be renamed as Twidroyd in order to ensure minimal confusion with the product from other company which owns the trademark of the term “Droid”. Facebook for iPhone now supports Multi-tasking on iOS4

Good news for all iPhone / iPod users who are addicted to Facebook. SE Xperia X10 gets Firmware update , performance fixes

Sony Ericsson has announced a new firmware update for the XPERIA X10. It’s not going to bring Android 2.1 to the phone which will come later this year but it makes the phone faster.

This update focuses on improving the general performance, speed and responsiveness of Xperia X10. For example, there are speed improvements in messaging tasks and camera UI. In addition we add a free back up and restore application so you’ll never lose your settings and information. In selected markets, PlayNow™ with premium apps and games will also be added.

A Byte of Apple: Our weekly wrap on all news Apple!

It’s been nothing short of a rollercoaster ride for the little big company from Cupertino this past week. Despite AT&T’s best efforts to keep the iPhone 4 out of the hands of subscribers – we wrote about the server meltdowns that the overwhelming demand for the new iPhone had caused last week – the iPhone 4 hit eager hands starting June 24th and for some lucky folks who’d preordered, as much as a day earlier! And how it hit! Apple’s reported first three days sales of 1.7 million iPhone 4 models, besting launch records set by previous iPhone models, with the iPhone 3G and 3GS selling in the region of 1 million in the first weekend after launch. Almost makes the other news from last week – 3 million iPads sold in 80 days – pale in comparison, doesn’t it?
