One of WhatsApp’s limitations is that it’s difficult to start a conversation with someone who hasn’t been saved. There are ways to get around this, but they aren’t straightforward. WhatsApp Beta is testing 2GB size limit for file sharing

WhatsApp has initiated a beta test of the ability to send files up to 2GB in size. According to WABetaInfo, a limited test is underway in Argentina, and select people will be able to share media files up to 2 GB. It tends to work with WhatsApp beta for Android v2.22.8.5, v2.22.8.6, and v2.22.8.7, as well as for iOS. At the moment, WhatsApp users can only transfer media files up to 100 MB in size. WhatsApp has released a new update to their Beta app, bringing the version number up to v2.20.203.3. In it, WhatsApp is testing one new feature – the ability to join missed calls, and They are slightly tweaking the fingerprint lock to include more types of biometrics such as face unlock.

WhatsApp starts testing ‘delete messages’ feature for individual chats

In a recent update, WhatsApp Beta has started testing a feature called ‘Delete messages‘ that was introduced as part of its rumoured cleaning tools for deleting messages in Groups. Now, in WhatsApp Beta v2.20.83/v2.20.84, they are reportedly testing the disappearing messages feature for personal chats too.
