After Tamil Nadu, Vodafone has started offering 4G-ready SIM cards to its existing customers in Punjab (including Chennai) through Vodafone stores, Vodafone Mini Stores and close to 6,000 multi brand outlets, ahead of 4G roll out in the circle.
