Sony today has started rolling out Android 8.0 Oreo update for Xperia XZ and XZs. The new update comes with a build number 41.3.A.0.401, and the update with same build number is expected to hit Xperia X Performance shortly. Sony just as it promised, is rolling out the update to its flagship smartphones before the end of the year.

Apple is said to launch the iPhone SE second generation in the first half of 2018 according to Taiwan’s Economic Daily News. The second generation iPhone SE, tentatively named iPhone SE 2 will be assembled exclusively by Taiwanese manufacturer Wistron at its factory in Bengaluru, India where the current generation iPhone SE are being made. Project Treble is something that Google is very ambitiously working on in order to make Android updates faster and consistent. This feature was launched as a feature of Android Oreo, and later that makes OTAs modular.
