Flipkart, one of the leading e-commerce platform in India has finally released a native Android app to shop easily. The app also offers voice search and barcode scanning to check for products, share the details with others and also add a widget to the homescreen. Flipkart launched eBooks app for Android last year. LG announced the white version of its popular Nexus 4 smartphone today and the phone is already available on Flipkart. The specifications of the handset remain identical to those on the black variant with the only difference being the color.
LG have opted to go for a two tone finish with a black bezel on the front and a white finish on the sides, back of the handset. Reuters is reporting that the world’s largest e-commerce site Amazon.com is in the process of setting up it’s first fulfillment center at Mumbai in India. Reuters is stating this based on certain job openings on Amazon India’s career portal. Amazon already has a presence in India in Chennai , Bangalore and Hyderabad but these centers only handle R&D and customer service.
