Samsung Galaxy A73 with 6.7″ FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED display, Snapdragon 778G, 108MP camera, OIS, 5000mAh battery announced

Along with the Galaxy A53 and A33 5G phones in the A series, Samsung also introduced the Galaxy A73 as the successor to last year’s Galaxy A72. It has a 6.7″ Infinity-O 120Hz FHD+ Super AMOLED screen, is powered by Snapdragon 778G SoC. It runs Android 12 out of the box and will get four Android OS updates and 5 years of security updates. Redmi K50 with 6.67″ 2K 120Hz OLED screen, Dimensity 8100 SoC, up to 12GB RAM, 5500mAh battery announced

Xiaomi held a launch event in China where the company has launched Redmi K50 Series of smartphones which consists of Redmi K50 and K50 Pro along with other IoT products.  The Redmi K50 is equipped with a 2K Dolby Vision OLED display that refreshes at 120Hz, a new 5nm MediaTek Dimensity 8100 SoC, a 48MP Sony IMX582 sensor with optical image stabilization, and support for 67W fast charging. Samsung Galaxy A53 with 6.5″ FHD+ 120Hz and Galaxy A33 with 6.4″ FHD+ 90Hz AMOLED display, Exynos 1280, 5000mAh battery announced

Samsung just announced the Galaxy A53 5G and A33 5G smartphones at its online event, as expected. Both the phones feature a FHD+ Super AMOLED screen, but the A53 as a 6.5″ Infinity-O 120Hz screen, and the A33 has a 6.4″ Infinity-U 90Hz screen. These are powered by Samsung’s own Exynos 1280 SoC.

Google’s ‘Switch to Android’ iOS app might bring iCloud to Google Photos transfer

The latest report from 9to5 Google suggests that Google may introduce the option to transfer photos from iCloud to Drive by introducing a proprietary app named “Switch to Android”.
