Redmi 10 with 6nm Snapdragon SoC, 50MP camera launching in India on March 17

After the launch of Redmi 10 Prime last year, Xiaomi under its Redmi brand has confirmed the launch of Redmi 10 in India on March 17th. The teaser confirms a notch instead of a punch-hole display in the predecessor. It also mentions a new camera, blockbuster display, big battery and the phone will be powered by Snapdragon SoC.

More teasers reveal 6nm Snapdragon SoC, which could be Snapdragon 680 that is present in the Redmi Note 11. It will also feature ultra-fast storage, massive battery, which could be 5000mAh battery, fast charging support, 50MP camera along with a secondary camera, rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and a textured back that will make the back smudge-free.

This is different from another model with 220333QBI code number that surfaced in IMEI database recently. Based on rumours, this model will feature the same 50MP rear camera and a 2MP camera, but will also add an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera and will be powered by a MediaTek processor. It also reveals a 6.53″ HD+ screen and a 5MP selfie camera. This could be launched in some countries as Redmi 10C.

We should know more details including the price when the phone goes official next week. The phone will be sold on Flipkart, in addition to mi.com and offline stores.
