Soon after the Android 5.0 (Lollipop) announcement from Google, Sony Mobile confirmed that it will update the entire Xperia Z series of smartphones and tablets to Android Lollipop. Kodak has announced IM5, the company’s latest Android smartphone built by Bullitt Group, as promised at the CES, but it is not a camera-centric smartphone and has only 13-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. HTC has unveiled the Desire 826, the company’s latest phablet at the CES 2015 as expected. It has the 5.5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) display, compared to HD display on Desire 816 and Desire 820, but this is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor ( four Cortex A53 cores clocked at 1.5 GHz per core and four clocked at 1.0 GHz) and has Adreno 405 GPU, similar to the Desire 820.
