This new feature is currently available only in the beta version of WhatsApp for Android v2.12.429 or later, but it is expected to roll out for other users and platforms soon. Vodafone 4G launching in Mumbai on February 10

The number of mobile Internet users in India is expected to grow 21% to reach 371 million by June 2016 from 306 million in December 2015, according to a latest report by the Internet and Mobile Association of India (IAMAI) and market research firm IMRB International.
