Online shopping to soar 78% in India in 2016: Report

The Indian online shopping scene is set get a boost further this year. As per a new study from ASSOCHAM and PwC, the average online purchases are expected to increase by 78% in 2016 from 66% in 2015.

Coolpad today announced that the Coolpad Note 3 Lite smartphone will be available without registrations through open sale on Amazon.in starting from March 22nd. It was launched in India back in January earlier this year for Rs. 6,999 and went on sale starting from 28th January.  It was initially available in Champagne White color, later the company introduced the Black edition of the smartphone. The Zauba listing, which is new reveals that the smartphone will pack a 6-inch display, even though old GFXBench listing reveals that it will have a 4.6-inch 1080p display. The benchmark listings reveal that it will have an Octa-Core MediaTek MT6753 SoC and 3GB of RAM. The smartphone will also come with dual SIM support and have 4G LTE connectivity.
