Google has released developer preview 5 for Android 7.0 Nougat for compatible Nexus devices, ahead of the final release of the update. It released developer preview 4 last month that brought final Android N SDK with final APIs (API level 24). This doesn’t add any new features but it comes with latest bug fixes and optimizations across the system and in pre-installed apps. Sony Xperia F8331 with 1080p display, Snapdragon 820 surfaces in live images

Sony’s upcoming high-end Xperia smartphone with model numbers F8331 and F8332 had already surfaced in User Agent profile. Now live images of the phone has surfaced, thanks to GSMArena. Specifications of the smartphone have also surfaced on GFXBench that reveal almost similar specifications as the Xperia X Performance. Opera Software to sell browser biz to Chinese Group for $600M, $1.2B buyout deal fails

Opera Software has decided to sell its businesses including browsers for mobile devices and desktops, technology licensing to Chinese Group for $600 million. The latest deal comes after Opera’s sell to the Chinese group did not received regulatory approvals.

It packs a 5.2-inch 1080p 2.5D curved glass display with 78.2% screen-to-body ratio, is powered by an Octa-Core MediaTek MT6753 SoC, runs on Android 6.0 with MiFavor UI 3.5, has a 13-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera.
